Did you know that asanas and breathing exercises can misbalance your chakras and nadis?
Because people are not aware that every asana is like medicine they doing them without discrimination and limits.
Indiscriminate practice can lead to constipation, high blood pressure and heart problems.
There is no such thing as a balanced chakra. This is all new age nonsense you are talking about.

All our problems are coming from problems with chakras and nadis and only cure is awakening of Kundalini.
Kundalini will balance and nourish them 7/24.
I have heard of balancing ida and pingala nadi.
I have heard of piercing the granthis in the chakras.
Balancing chakras is quite new for me. (Okay, okay, I have heard about it from new age gurus)
I don’t think it’s a tradtional concept to “balance” chakras, but I’d love to be proven wrong with references from the tantras and yoga shastras and maybe learn something today.
III.30 n?bhi-cakre k?ya-vy?ha-jn?nam
Thank you for that reference, but it does not mention “balancing chakras,” like the new age gurus would say, correct? If you say balancing, I have to think of a scale. One side needs to match the other side(s) in a certain ratio, that is what is called balance.
By samyama on the navel center, knowledge of the arrangement of the systems of the body can be known.
(nabhi chakra kaya vyuha jnanam)
[Note: In some renditions this is sutra 3.28 or 3.29]

Maybe you have something else?
By samyama on the navel center, knowledge of the arrangement of the systems of the body can be known.
Purification of the chakra means developing of certain qualities.
From III.30 to III.33 Maharishi Patanjali describes effect from purification of the chakras.
People are getting sick because certain chakras are lacking particular qualities.

yes thats what you are doing - in effect. Because you continue to disguise your cults propaganda and misguided advice as helpful hints.
Which they are not.
Also my friend one accrues obscuring karmas by disparaging those of saintly character - which would be me. Believe it or not.
Believe what chooo say?
That one accrues obscuring karmas by disparaging those of saintly character
or that I am of saintly character? The answer is - Both are true.

Excess of everything is not very good, even if one consumes too much of H20 / O2. Unless the self consumes joy and glee in the process of union, will find real pleasure and exhilaration of spirit.
I just made a new word!

The major risk with yoga practice is not the asanas and breathing exercises, but the theory. The positive effects of hatha yoga can be undone by misbalancing your chakras and nadis through meditation or other spiritual practices.
If you perform pranayama (breathing exercises) before activating your higher chakras and nadis, you will start to feel your subtler bodies. This might lead to a misbelief that you have mastered prana, or life force. This can cause terrible problems for both men and women, in a way we will examine briefly here.
In both men and women there are three main nadis: Ida, Pingala and Sushumna. The Ida nadi is responsible for cooling the body down and creating calmness in the mind, while the Pingala nadi carries heat from the solar plexus chakra to the brain. The Sushumna nadi is located in between the Ida and Pingala nadis, which connects all of the chakras using three main srotas (canals). The following picture illustrates this concept.
