Now i wish to do some asanas. will the knowlegeable masterjis gives me good advise in this regard.

Dear Sir,

In view of your age and medical condition, it would be best if you practiced yoga under guidance of a teacher. Most likely, you should start with only the gentlest forms of yoga. For example, pavanmuktanasana (very gentle mobilisation of the joints), abdominal breathing in savasana, and meditation. Yours is the age of vata, and gentle movement on the rhythm of your breath may benefit you more than all of the fancy asanas you may find in books and dvd’s. With due respect, please find a qualified teacher to get you started. You are fortunate to live in the birthplace of yoga. Master Krishnamacharya said that “It is not that the personal must accommodate himself to yoga, but rather that yoga must be tailored to suit each person.” Please don’t deprive yourself of the benefits of yoga, but don’t take undue risks either.
Namaste Sir,
Then, I will be honest, I don’t like to give advice on what asnasa, pranayama to follow etc where the student doesn’t have access to a teacher, because I simply view it as dangerous and irresponsible. A man of your age and with the problems you have, should be with a teacher and should not attempt asanas and pranayama on a self-learning/teaching basis.
Find the best asana teacher you can find in your area. Attend their class, or book a private session.Look at other manifestatioons of yoga, beyond asana ,especially if health may be compromised and asana not wholly suitable.

Aren’t you the chap who posted the mantras for Surya Namaskar?
