Attracting new teachers to a studio

I am in the process of overlooking a studio’s teacher stable () and will be putting ads out there soon in search of new talent!

I have never done anything like this before and need some inspiration so I ask of you who have been on the other end of the spectrum, searching for the job, what information you would like to see in an ad searching for your services?

How do I word the ad? What information should be present? What can I leave out?

If you have any examples of ads that caught your eye or had that special feeling about it that made you think ‘this is sorta interesting, what kind of studio is this?’ then I would love to see them.

I would think the question might be more along the line of “how do I sift out the 50 applicants from the three positions?”. But this may depend on your geography.

I personally would get very clear on what you want so that you may attract the appropriate teacher(s) rather than just “uh” teacher. Then from that clarity make your ad as concise and specific as it can be. It will save you hours of work.

Completely agree with the other answer.
I have done this many times before, it is very important that you clearly mention in the ad what qualities are you looking in the suitable candidate. Otherwise you might get most of the applicants not even fitting your requirements. I would put the requirements, extra benefits of the job if any, possibilities of growth and a bit of personal touch, good luck.
