What are the common names (if available) for these. An ayurvedic doctor told me to get these but now I cannot find these materials:
Paspangawwa
Seethoppaladee powder
Velmee
Katuwel batu
Padpagam
Kolaghleeshma oil for Shirodhana
Neeryudyadee oil for Nasya
Mananarayene oil

Are you near enough to the doctor that they could locate them for you?
If not, where do you live and how much do you need? Will you need to continue taking them a long time or just for a short duration?

The doctor is in another country. I sought them during a short trip.
I currently live in the UK but will be going to China in 2 weeks. Issue is minor-moderate so I’d predict that an intermediate duration is best – I’ll have to see!
Do you have any recommendations or further advice? My general doctor is not being very helpful and my intuition tells me to not go there anyway.

Unfortunately I don’t know any ayurvedic Doctors or Clinics in the UK, but I’m sure your location will help narrow down the list for some of the other people on this forum. You may have your best luck by searching for an Ayurvedic physician in the UK who is near your region and asking whether they prepare these remedies on site or just order them from India. Maybe you will get lucky. Finding a good place to order well-prepared Ayurvedic remedies for not-so-expensive will be a great bonus.
