hai, i got my right back knee and hamstring pain since after sprinting at the track. the pain doesnt subside at all even i rest and have a slow jog only. the pain is more whenever i try to straighten my leg after sitting cross leg or after bend my leg for long time. i believe the back knee pain may caused by my hamstring pain too. i know some yoga poses like staff pose, happy baby and camel pose can overcome hamstring pain. is there any other yoga poses? how about knee back pain? thank u
