Back pain facet Inflammation

Hello everyone,

I’m a newbie to Yoga due to back injury I have sustained, I just wanted to describe my symptoms and see if anyone knows what sort of yoga may be able to help as Iv been struggling for nearly 2 years now.

I have fact joint hypertophy at my T10-11 vertebrae is there anyway yoga may help build muscle round and help with the inflammation?

Facet joint hypertrophy of T10-T11 may not be only reason for your pain. In many years of my practice , I have seen assessing many other factors such as kyphosis of thoracic region, muscle tightness, wrong biomechanics of body (especially upper body).
Proper assessment and precise (suitable for your body) yoga therapy strategy can make you feel lot better.

Yoga can help for sure if you are assessed and treated by experienced therapist. You may be out of pain completely also.
