Back pain

Namaste,
Ive been experiencing sensation in my left upper back. I dont see it as an injury but there is a definite pain and im not sure how to handle it. What are some ideas on what to do in a situation like this? Can i still keep doing yoga or should i back off for a few days? I feel the sensation when i start my practice but as a progress in the practice it gets better. However, when im finished with my practice I feel the sensation again. Infinite Blessings

Can you still keep doing yoga or can you still keep doing asana?
The first is an enthusiastic “yes!”. The second would depend on what sort of asana practice you are doing, how often you are doing it, how long you are doing it, how you are sequencing your practice and what sort of “sensation” we are discussing relative to your overall health.

I tend to do a more vigorous yoga practice with alot of armbalances and backbends. I practice every day for about an hour and a half to two hours. The sensation started pretty mild but has been intensifying with each practice. I figure i might have to lay off for a few days
