Balancing poses

Hi Folks:

Can you advise me on the following

  1. What is the number of times and duration of each of these balacing poses
    Tree pose, One legged pose and Eagle pose

  2. Can I do these three alone regularly without doing savasana ?

The reason I want to do these is regularly is, I found them helps a turbulent mind plus great help for legs/knees because I play soccer regularly

Good news! You can hold them as long as you want to:)

Yes, one can do them more often then other asanas. There are few poses I do throughout the day in addition to 2 hr routine practice.

As citymonk said there are no rules about how long or whether you have to do savasana or not. If you feel your are in a quiet mental state in these balance poses… then they are like your savasana in a way… They are your way of finding a calm and quiet space :slight_smile:
