to my yogi friends… an enlightened moment of today’s… have jut noticed that applying jalandhara bandha and mula bandha at the same time stretches the spine… man… well it is kinda obvious what throat lock will work some with cervical spine… but have just notices that mulabandha pulls on that little tail bone (which is quite obvius if you think about it)! i bet it does something with that shakti!
for sure
mula and uddiyana bandha give you extra lift/length in quite a few poses.
Gives quite a lift indeed.
And that lift doesn’t stop
in the physical sense.
