Be Here Now Asana routine/set

Does has anyone have experience enough with this routine from the book “Be Here Now” that they could recommend additional poses.

I tried to find it on amason… no luck:(

who is an author?

It’s here, by Ram Dass formerly known as Dr. Richard Alpert, spaced out hippie from the 60’s and associate of Dr. Timothy Leary. It was influential in its day, at least among my small circle of friends. It’s not a yoga book and you won’t find any routines in it.

My memory of it is rather fuzzy, as are most of my memories from those days. There is one thing that stands out in my mind, which may or may not be accurate. Ram Dass had become ill during his stay in India. He was taken in by some local people and told to lie down and be mindful of the movement of his stomach up and down as he was breathing. The medical advice was “be here now”. I also seem to remember that the book contained a lot of interesting tales of the author’s experiences while in India. They took him in and taught him because they believed he was to be a messenger to the west.
