I work an evening shift. When I get home I am fatigued, but too fatigued to go directly to bed, if you know what I mean. Too tired, too wound up. Is there are good bedtime yoga routine? Can’t be too strenuous because I am tired–
I guess… tired body, but active mind.
I am thinking wind down, do some asana, connect to spirit, hit the sack.

some cooling series would be great. forward folds (standing or sitting), pigeon, child, viparita karani, supine twist, yogamudra, fish, supine tree…etc
basically look up fore some restorative poses yoga online… choose few and hold them for about 3-5 minutes… i usually fell asleep after 20-30 min practice
