Beginner to advanced


I have started Yoga a couple of weeks ago - doing it about 4 times a week now due to a running injury and its incredible how much it's fixing my problems - yay!

However I was wondering if anyone had some advice or could link me to a website to follow a programme overtime to go from a beginner to advanced? It would be amazing to be able reach a really advanced level and be like a rubber band. Preferred style of Yoga is Vinyasa/Ashtanga.

First of all, i congratulate you for your Yoga beginning. I advice you to move forward step by step. If you think or realize that you are excellent in basic level of Asana. Then, go for Intermediate after mastering in Intermediate level head towards to Advance level. Both style are good (Vinyasa/Astanga). From both of them choose that style in which you feel comfortable.
