Hi, I’m new to yoga I actually haven’t even started yet. I’m looking for a style that fits me, but I just had a few questions first.

Will any type of yoga help me tone my body? I used to be kinda skinny but have gained quite a bit of weight and would like to shed that weight and have that Brad Pitt in Fight Club look. What style will help me?

Can I do the same routine every time? Is it important for me to change up the routine every time I do it?

Can I do yoga to complement any other type of workout that I may currently be doing?
