In advance, I apologize if my search was not thorough enough before making this post and this has been discussed previously.
I am a relatively new student of yoga, only having practiced for about a year now. I have been faithfully doing asanas and practicing yoga nidra after each session for the past 9 months. I was wondering if it was too early for me to introduce pranayama, mudra, and bandha into my daily sadhana.
If it is not too soon to begin practicing pranayama for me would you suggest I begin with(after nadi shodhana of course) kapalbhakti(frontal brain cleansing traditionally considered shatkarma) or should I begin with bhastrika? Or should I take another route altogether and begin with ajapa japa or another practice that brings more sensitivity to prana within the arohan / awarohan passages?
