I watched some videos yesterday of Mother Teresa and Pope John Paul II and I saw how magnetic they were, how they were loved and respected by people.
I wondered how such people could be so magnetic and charismatic, I even almost cried when I saw those videos.
Then I saw the eagle pose which is purportedly to cleanse and energize aura, hence you will become charismatic and magnetic.
I just want to ask if anyone already experienced practicing yoga and it made such change to them? Or, can anyone just share their insights about the connection of being spiritual, doing sadhanas like yoga, with being attractive, magnetic and charismatic?
It is really amazing to hear and talk to such people. I feel that we have a lot of such people here, if not all.
I think you’re talking about the
mental benefits yoga and meditation
brings upon the person. It’s one of the
benefits I loved about practicing yoga.
You’ll get to be more in touch with yourself,
which will result in feeling happy and contented
all the time. When you give off that “happy” aura
people will respond to that and will make you more
charming and more pleasing to be with.

I think some people just have it and some don’t.
Just an overall positive attitude makes one more attractive and the way one carries themselves.
Your baseline for the topic happen to be two people who were/are very in touch with their dharma and lived/living it. Their “luster”, as it were, comes from doing what it is their soul is here to do. It’s called harmony. They are in harmony.
Cleaning your aura is another matter. Doing so doesn’t make you a saint AND I’ve never heard that asana cleanses your aura. There are particular ways to do so but there are plenty of messy-aured people with profound asana practices. Look around.
chad sama, yoga does make “you” a “better you”. in fact any true spiritual practice will do. that’s why Mother Teresa and Pope appear so “magnetic”… it is a lot of work and dedication to practice though:)
practicing garudasana may do it to you too:) if you make it your spiritual practice:) but less likely… it is a long road…
