Ive suffered anxiety and depression going on for 5 years prior to finding yoga. Before I was scatter brained and I couldn't focus on one thing for more than a few minutes and now I feel centred and confident.
My daily routine is:

  • Yoga for 30 minutes on an empty stomach
  • 10 Minutes of meditation
