Best exercise for Pelvic Floor Muscles?

Hey all fellows,
I m trying to find the [B]best exercise[/B] to strengthen my [B]pelvic floor muscles[/B],does anyone has experience with such exercises?

I don’t know about the BEST exercise for pelvic floor muscles. Simply practicing mula bandha regularly should be sufficient. And agni sara, which employs mula bandha.

One way to experience the actions of mula bandha is to practice a variation of bridge pose (setu bandha sarvanghasana) with a block between the thighs. Exhale, squeeze the block, and lift the hips just a couple inches off the floor which engaging mula bandha and engage the transverse abdominis by imagining you’re drawing the front hip points (ASIS) together. Inhale to release. Repeat about 10 times.

It is benificiary for health.
