Can anyone recommend a good mat to rent to sweaty students? I think a closed cell would be good (does not absorb sweat) as you can disinfect it easier as it doesn't hold moisture. Would be good if they had a little grip when wet too. Thanks!
i think amazon branded yoga mat is good. i also sweat alot but it doesnt slip even after seat comes
I like a really thick mat to be honest. I go for 10mm or even 12mm - most mats are around 8mm
