Hi, I would like to get back into yoga, however my foot bones have suffered 6 stress fractures over the last 4 years. I now have to wear orthotics in my gym shoes every day. This means I am unable to stand or walk barefoot or in socks. I am looking for footwear I can wear to yoga class that has arch support. I have canvased the internet but didn't find much there. Does anyone have any suggestions on good yoga shoes or footwear?
I wear simple canvas shoe while doing Yoga practice.
