Good question! Indeed, yogasana does much less for the biceps than for the triceps. So I wouldn’t blame you if you got out some small weights and did some biceps curls.
There are a few poses in which you can contract your biceps: (reverse) namast?, gomukhasana (cow face pose), and apanasana (energy freeing pose) in which you try to pull your knees to your abdomen against resistance.
And don’t forget that the biceps often contract to stabilise the shoulder or elbow. This happens in headstand and dolphin pose, for example.
