I have only discovered Bikram yoga about 5 years ago and I used to practice regularly but in the last couple of years I have not been doing much. I like other types of yoga, but definitely not as much. I am living now between London and Istambul and would like to practice bikram while I am in Istambul. Need help in finding a studio where I can practice… thanks!

Does Istanbul have a phone book or online yellow pages? Perhaps even using Google to search bikram yoga Istanbul (perhaps in the native language) will send up some results.

I’ve never seen a Bikram place in Istanbul (unlike every other big European city) but here are a few yoga studioes to check out:

i know many yoga studios in istanbul which you can try but unfortunatly i never heard of bikram yoga in istanbul there are some hot yoga classes which they dont follow bikram series so its something else…

I would suggest then remember sequence and train on your own:) in Turkey you do not a studio, especially in the summer - just enough heat outside :
