Just out of curiosity - who here does Bikram Yoga? Ever since I started I’ve been hooked… it’s tough while I’m in the room, but it makes me feel so good afterwards. I love it!
No, sorry, it’s not for me, but my best friend loves Bikram and will do only Bikram Yoga. (at home, not in a studio, if that matters)
love it. not peaceful at all, but works for me
Not the path that leads me to my dharma. But others are clearly very committed.
I wouldn’t like to get into controversy but i’d say “Bikram Asana System” rather than “Bikram Yoga”.
What kind of yogi lives in a mansion collecting bentleys and rolls royces?
“Yoga chitta vritti nirodha”
(Pata?jali)

a financially successful one?
I agree with Panoramix that Bikram’s can’t be called Yoga but rather a fitness program which can also be questioned if it is a safe fitness program.
Hot Yoga can be dangerous. Please see this link http://www.yogapoint.com/info/article9.htm
Namaste,

Very helpful.
Thanks for the article!
I go to a place in San Diego - CorePower…It’s pretty cool. It is hot yoga at a reduced temperature - once again, while I do find myself being centered I agree with the other postings and focus more on the fitness and well-being portion.
Thanks,
Billy
Very interesting article! Thank you~
I also agree with Panoramix that I don’t like Bikram Choudbury’s patenting of his “yoga”.
