Bikram yoga

Bikram yoga in to the sorts of the Hatha Yoga. Bikram yoga was initiated by Mr. Bikram Chaudhary.It is usually done to warm up our body. It is very beneficial for our joints, tendons,muscles and vertebrae.I do practice this yoga regularly and it is very effective. Everybody should do this yoga to improve their blood circulation of body.

hello katiecolt,can you tell us why you think that everybody should do bikram yoga as opposed to other schools of yoga , and what experience you have had with other
