Bored with Hatha Yoga

Considering the health benefits that Hatha Yoga offers, the feeling of boredom is temporary only.

It has to be one of the two reasons

  1. You aren't doing yoga training classes under proper mentor. OR
  2. You aren't doing with all your focus on the Asana you're doing.

Yoga teaches you to be in present moment and be aware of everything around you which is also known as state of meditation. Achieving this state in itself is a wonderful experience which cannot be explained through words.

Also, doing yoga increases your flexibility and strength of your body and concentration and focus of the mind. It releases all physical and mental stress.
