Bound Headstand

My body is not remain full straight i dont know why.From my neck to hips make some angel to floor around 20 or 30 degree.and my legs remain straight.Its also known as Banana pose.How to solve this? Also how to balance weight using palm , elbow and forehand ? Like if we falling forward then where to apply pressure and falling backward then how to balance? Please telk me this.If somebody tell this to me then i will get success in Headstand.

Your issue is related to your back arch and may be you are not trying this under expert guidance. Advance posture should be first learnt under supervision for safety of backbone.
