Hi! I am 18 and a month. I have recently started doing yoga. My first 6 to 9 classes were Bikram. Now I;ve started branching off and doing some classes at the studio down the street from my work, Flow, Vinyasa, Anusara being one of my favorites. As far as Bikram, the rigidity of the series tends to make me feel as if I’m in Nazi yoga. But it is by far the best workout, and one I am actually compelled to complete. I wish there were more emphasis on meditation and looking inward in Bikram as I have experienced in other types of yoga. But I do enjoy it. I go to yoga about three or four times a week. I am very new, only having been practicing about 2 months. But my favorite postures are Camel, Pigeon!, and Wheel.
