Breathing Practices for Sickness? Please Help!


I have recently come down with a cold. Lots of wet coughing and what feels like a "rattly cough." I have been taking medication, resting, drinking lot of tea, and soup. Still, I had one of the worst sleeps in my life last night, waking up almost every hour.

Are there are yoga breathing practices for sickness that might help to alleviate my symptoms? Please help!:pray:

I was in Kundalini Yoga today and the Krya was for the gut, a healthy digestive system prevents colds.

I think you are doing all the right things to make you heathy again including "sleep"asana and "nutition"asana!
