Breathing with yoga

Has anyone tried using Holographic Breathing with yoga. I find it works really well completely compatible. I find I drop into positions in a very relaxed way with this breathing. It is possible to learn from Free audio seminars and lectures on their web site.

I’ve never tried it. Can you explain what it is like? Are you affiliated to them?

It is hard to explain the experience. I had put this message on the yoga forum as may yoga teachers are starting to take up Holographic Breathing. Also many yoga for birth teachers are using this type of breathing for mothers through labour. You can learn it Free of Charge with Free Audio Seminars at holographic-breathing.com.
Here are a couple of quotes that may give an idea of it
?Holographic Breathing is a natural form of breathing that brings the face and cranium to life, all the structures of the face and cranium start to breathe and align to their natural matrix. This is mirrored through the whole body and a profound healing begins. This breathing also connects us to our reflections in the heavens and earth. As we become whole in our relationship to the breath we become whole in our relationship to the heavens.?
Here is something about the first seminar which you can do free as an audio seminar from the web site
?In Holographic Breathing there is a small gentle movement of the mouth, on the in-breath the jaw gently opens, and on the out-breath the jaw gently closes. The lips are closed, the tongue on the roof of the mouth, and the breath is through the nose.
In this first seminar participants learn how to go about this in a relaxed and easy way. At a certain point there is a remembrance as if this movement is expanding from with-in us, and as this happens this movement and the breath integrate, the mouth and the whole body relax into a deep, moving breath. We then spend time allowing this new depth of breath to integrate through the whole body.?
It is best to learn this from the audio seminars and text version as the is a lot more to it than meet the eye.
After this in further seminars Holographic Breathing expands though the holography of the body in a very similar way to a breathing version of cranio-sacral therapy and auyvadic medicine.
As to how it feels, it feel wonderful. It is natural, so much so that it starts to become peoples natural form of breathing, a bit like it is meant to be.
