During a recent server move, we managed to break the avatars all of you had. I sincerely apologize for this! To fix your avatar, simply upload a new one via your usercp here.
Thank you, David. We can look to this as an opportunity to upload [I]additional[/I] photos to our personal photo albums too. This is a cool, new feature available in our each of our profiles—check it out.

For those that don’t know what Nichole is talking about, this forum has a social networking system (click on my username to see my profile) where you can ALSO upload pictures into albums. To do so, click on your own username or go to Quick Links (at the top of the forum) > networking > Pictures & Albums
