I have been noticing, now that I am old and arthritic, that there are a lot of yoga routines out there on the web for people with arthritis. However the majority of those routines are created by and demonstrated by a person who is young and has never had arthritis and have no idea what-so-ever what the limitations can be with arthritis. They also seem to have no idea that not all cases of arthritis are created equally and they can come with different limitations
To clarify, I am not saying stop doing yoga when you have arthritis because it helps me immensely. And there are times some of the things I do hurt, but things would hurt considerably more if I did nothing.
Just want to get that out there
