I don’t feel comfortable with an empty stomach. It doesn’t make me feel normal. I am a food addict and spend most of my money on food in the process. I don’t have any drug or alcohol addictions or cloth buying addictions. Just food. I eat a lot, but I don’t gain weight easily because my metabolism is good, but it’s not super high. I do a simple pranayama with just inhales, holds, long exhales, and holds. I also use stomach pulling during my exhales. My diet is mainly of organic, oat granola with lactose free whole milk, soft-boiled eggs, and organic supplements (garlic, multivitamin, zinc, and green tea capsules). I also take valerian root capsules when I go to bed (organic). The brands that I buy are from “Garden of Life” and “Oregon’s Wild Harvest.” Sometimes I drink a mixture of water, baking soda, and apple cider vinegar for enzymes and to raise my alkaline level with a specified measurement of both ingredients.
No you cant. Pranayama should be done only empty stomach.

Anyone with good metabolism will not end up eating more. Eating more or less is a sign of bad metabolism.
I hope you do physical activity too when you are asking about pranayama.
I do a simple pranayama in a lotus position. Breath in, hold, exhale, hold, with my hands rested in my lap in a mudra. I maintain a light air hunger and bodily awareness. My sessions last for 20 minutes. I do them 3 times a day. I am not really active though. Why do you suggest physical exercise after pranayama? I am kind of waiting to the point where I reach a tolerance of air hunger that will make my body crave physical exercise. Once you can hold you breath up to a certain time, I heard that you have to force yourself to not exercise. My meditation will not awaken anything besides prana I believe. Not some other force that can make me mentally insane if my body is not prepared. Please correct me if I am wrong.
Your pranayama practice is okay.
I said physical activity (or yoga) so that you get your metabolism working properly for you.
Moreover, asanas prepare base for pranayama.
You also have to switch to sattvic kind of diet so that you get more better results in short period.
Pranayama is just one of the parts. you need to work or other corners too.
