few years ago i’m suffer from anxiety and feeling of tight nick and throat in swallow my saliva , and narrow in breathing , i was looking for yoga exercises , i found out there is Asana is good for anxiety and this problems , but i dont know how to start , and i find site describe postures of asana
i can do some exercises but i need to know when i do the posture how long time i have to hold on this posture , or i have to do it fast , am just confused , please some yoga teacher help me
