I enjoyed reading the article. :slight_smile: I didn’t know that when you’re upside down, lymphatic fluid pools in your abdomen, nor did I know that inverted poses are supposed to help combat fatigue.

Thank you yoga4Astrongback. Yes it is true; lymphatic fluid doesn’t have a pump like blood does (the heart), so it relies on gravity. By reversing gravity, you are allowing it to recirculate to vital organs and glands throughout the body. This in turn helps to reduce fatigue.
