Can yoga help with OCD

What are the asana’s which can be practiced for overcoming OCD?

There is no specific asana for that.ocd is in your mind
Any asanas Will do but make sure there is pranayma and meditation. Yoga is no Quick fix but if you give it time it will work. Do meditation at least 10 min ? day to start with.

Hemant, i’ve been there myself …and i’ve seen people who got helped through yoga… ocd might have a different reasons… if there is something real problem if the life that the problem should be fixed and no yoga a drugs will fix it. if there is no real problem in life - yoga can be magic remedy for the ocd. the key is to practice for few month nonstop and then see if it works for you. there are lot of workshops such as yoga for depression and mood related problems, you might want to attend one of them…again the key is to practice for a few month, and do not give up if you dont see results right away
