Don’t worry friend. It might seem dark. But sometimes, we have to go through pain, to get to what is actually our greatest feelings in life.

@oak: don’t be fooled by “natural miracle cures,”
Well, I am not fooled at all. Let us say that one can a genuine miracle healer
from a charlatan.
What about Adam, the miracle healer from Vancouver ? He healed many people of many diseases, cancer included. That was amply documented:
http://www.rense.com/general38/adam.htm
http://dreamhealer.com/testimonials
There is a lot of info about him on the net.
The point is what heals you is yourself via
power of will directing life force directing the body.
You cannot have the necessary power of will if you do not have FAITH.
Remember Jesus Christ healing a blind man ? “Your faith has healed you.”
There are many genuine miracle healers, but there also many more charlatans.
“Miracle healing” is not that miraculous, once you understand the spiritual laws, which are far above the physical laws.
I notice my thinking pattern negative thinking is what gets me depresed and suicidal
So thinking I will do this technique where I think as little as poossible. Quiet my mind 24/7
Cuz even when I try to think positive, the thoughts turn around and become negative
I think that is quite right. Control your thoughts. Whenever a bad thought comes, replace it immediately with the opposite thought. I can quote here
Buddha and Patanjali, but I can also quote the PRACTICAL experience of many people.
Try it and do not expect perfection in a few days only. It might go like 1%
improvement every week, but it adds up.
Just do it.
Eliminate unhealthy inputs, i.e., violent or dark tv shows, movies, video games, pornography, recreational drugs, music with dark or violent lyrics. Replace with healthier inputs. Read the Bhagavad Gita.

In modern sciebce terms, you have to use NEUROPLASTICITY, which shows how exercises can change your brain:
http://www.refocuser.com/2009/05/neuroplasticity-your-brains-amazing-ability-to-form-new-habits/
Frankly speaking, this were knwon for many years in Buddhism and yoga.
You can also search for “rewiring the brain.”
Life just seems boring and dull. With yoga I learned that desire and attachment brings suffering. But now I’m just bored, and theres nothing that makes me happy .
I know y’all get joy from inside, But I don’t, I like it when I have good things happen and fun things to do.
And now I am unable to work or college cuz my mood and don’t have any friends just moved here. So I sit home all day and there’s nothing here, no tv and no computer besides my phone. I know my current situation sounds like heaven to a yogi; but to me it’s boring and I see no point in life and curse the day I was born.
That sucks.
Try to look for fun stuff.
I know having all that stuff helps you to enjoy yourself.
But try to find things to do without them.
If you give a call to friend they sure could help you
They do know you the best.
Try not to give in to the darkness.
Find the light in your being ITS THERE!
Ok but bth I’m done doing things in life.
I just want to go on disability for rest of my life.
Is that ok? Because I am exhausted trying to cure my
Mental illness. And so are my parents.
Also. I have run out of chances.
Hi, I’m new the forum
If you haven’t already please look into the use of Niacin for Depression and watch this film if you can: Food Matters
Not everyone can relieve depression purely through practicing Yoga…there might be something lacking in your body.
When you have depression, just looking for fun stuff and talking to friends isn’t enough unfortunately. There are many different reasons for people being depressed…many!
But yes, don’t give in. Look up Niacin. It’s natural. But talk to your docotr about it before you try it.
I’m no doctor or expert, so it’s up to you
Talk to a nutritionist about it too
But do watch the film!
How is your diet anyway?
so go ahead… kill yourself… but may i say to you… its impossible to ge rid from your REAL SELF
ha ha ha
Before dawn it seems as darkest.
Try getting out I know it is hard I have had similar feelings in the past ,see the beauty around you it is also inside you ,maybe the things you felt you needed to accomplish are not the things you really need to accomplish . Maybe a long walk in a beautiful area is what you need to accomplish recognizing the beauty around you may be accomplishment enough. I was on Zoloft for the same feelings you have ,I started swimming and yoga again after I was in a terrible place for a year and a half it made a huge difference ,find new dreams for yourself the past is over .
Peace imho
Cheers
