I know that in Pondicherry at the Sri Aurobindo ashram there’s a school for good vision. I am uncertain upon what work it is based. In Purna Yoga we use a series of eye exercises in part derived from the Chinese system. I cannot say these “reverse cataracts”. But considering our near focus on tiny things eye exercises seem prudent as a preventive measure.
