Chakhra questions

Recently in savasana and meditation I’ve been seeing bright green. Could this be related to one of the chakhras? Which one is represented by green?

I also had a very strange, but not at all unpleasant experience of energy a few nights ago. I was lying on my stomach and I felt a sensation across my whole back body when I breathed. It was as if something warm was stretching the skin across my back tight and open. If I concentrated I found I could move the intensity of the sensation from the base of my spine to my thoracic area and down again. I did this a few times and then I think I fell asleep. The feeling of “stretchiness” was not dissimilar to what I’ve felt at times in certain Yin yoga poses when breathing into a certain place. The difference this time was the intensity, breadth and the fact that I didn’t consciously try to summon this feeling.

Since then I have experienced a kind of buzzing, vibrating feeling when sitting down. The feeling is somewhere around the perineum. It’s almost as if there is a cell phone vibrating somewhere nearby - that’s what I thought it was when it started happening. Could this in any way be related to the energy I felt in my back body? Is it something also related to chakhras? Has anyone ever experienced something similar?

Green color represent an Anahata chakra, heart center… here it is your sensations in “thoracic area”…

there could be something going on with your energy body, or maybe you have just started to feel it.

I would advise not to dwell on this feelings, unless they start to bother you a lot. Just acknowledge the feeling and let go.

What practiced have you been doing recently?

I use to have a sensation of my Ajna all the time, I used to see purple circle all the times when my eyes were closed. I used to see events of the future. But it was over after the puberty. Was it an open Ajna ? Who knows…I did not know anything about chakras at that time…but I’ve seen the purple circles and could predict some events and see peoples’ nature and sicknesses.

I go to hatha vinyasa classes almost daily and a few times a week also do a practice at home, usually including a lot of yin poses.

I have had a lot of interesting changes in my personal life recently and have been working a lot on listening to my heart, turning inward and being present and authentic.
