I sometimes forget to write “I” when typing. Sometimes when meditating deeply I’ll refer to myself in third person for example calling myself “he” or “we” lol.
Hulk think you not going too deep, hmmm Hulk forgot what Hulk writing. where was we? Oh Hulk got it, Hulk Smash!
[QUOTE=siva;73998]kareng,
Just say…“I am not my body,” and the rest goes away.

I am, which I have always been and which I shall always be. What is left to be done? Or, undone? And who is to do it? And for what purpose? ~Unknown Canadian
I am what I am and that is all that I am

Ray,
The first part is true. The rest, to me, is convoluted.
Maybe you can elaborate?
SCMT,
I am “what,” and “that is”…??? (I am what, that is…???)
How about…“I am That?” - Sri Nisargadatta

It was an exert taken out of content from (Love and GOD 13) Maharaj Eternal Truth that IS? ~Nisargadatta Maharaj, you can freely download a .pdf version and read the whole page.
M: Good. Now that you know what it is all about, what Sadhana will you do to obtain
liberation from your ‘bondage’?
V: Ah! Maharaj. Now you are surely making fun of me. Or, are you testing me? Surely, now I
know and have realized that I am that ?I am, which I have always been and which I shall always
be. What is left to be done? Or, undone? And who is to do it? And for what purpose?
M: Excellent! Just be.
V: I shall, indeed.

Nope, to complicated and over thinking it
I am
What I am
And that is all that I am
See it’s simple
?I AM? seems to be as far as one can go with intellectual Truth, everything else is poetry of the mind?
Or you could go one step further…or maybe it is one step back
I am I
The ?I AM? sensation is not dependent on time/space, each fully present moment has a freshness of pure awareness anything else relies on memory and that?s where the poetry begins.
I am he as you are he as you are me and we are all together.

SCMT,
You split the infinitive here:
You say both “I am what,” AND “I am that,” going even further to say,…“that is all that,” which is two things divided. The result is a lackluster attempt to sound intelligent?
Perhaps it’s not interesting to you, but this is still a worthwhile thread despite the fact.
