Chemo patients

Q - I wondered if you had any recommendations for working with chemo
patients. I have a friend who I will be working with privately who has
just finished up her chemo treatments and will begin radiation next week.
As you can imagine she is feeling weak and drained. I have done very
little therapeutic work, none in this area, and would really like to help
her boost her pranic levels. I intend to do a lot of supported,
restorative poses and some Yoga Nidra with her. Any suggestions you
have would be greatly appreciated and welcome!

Your ideas are good. That is in general what i would recommend for restoration of her immune system. In addition she should be doing joint freeing series daily for improved circulation but especially to see if she can learn to feel the prana. This series increases prana though one must remember that prana is intimately connected with the mind. By that we mean that where the mind goes so goes prana. And vice versa. So she needs to develop a strong intention for healing.
In addition one needs to work with her where she is. For her energy levels and response to practice will vary depending on many factors but especially those related to response to treatments. In addition you can seek advice from mail@yrec.org Yoga Research and Education Center for papers detailing what practices have been studied and proven effective.
