Cinus in head - which yoga to do

Hello

I got my head MRI done and have cinus in head, since I was on plane i got headache and passed out.

I have stopped eating Icecreams and had applied clarified butter on head( ghee).

Still I have minor headacha nad pain on forehead.

I have started using neti pot. Any yoga would help me

Thanks
Raj

Shoulder stand and plough often help my sinuses to drain. Sudafed or any of the generic equivalents are effective.

Thanks, what is the name for this yoga

Namaskar Rajeev,

Are you asking about yoga or asana?
And are you asking about a sinus infection or some other issue?

gordon

Hello,

Thanks for a response

Anything Yoga or Aasna that would help me.
It’s cinus in head thats what came in MRI.
I did Neti like 2 times

Still headache and now my ears are blocked too.

Thanks Once again 5o all for responses

Rajeev

Well Rajeev it must be a language barrier I’m facing. I am familiar with Sinuses but I cannot for the life of me find a definition for cinus. Furthermore to have them in the head is quite normal as that is where they live anatomically speaking in the human body.

Is this an infection in the sinuses (sinusitis)?

gordon

Namaste Rajeevji,
If by cinus you mean sinus problems, is it an infection, irritation due to a change in air pressure (for example when a thunderstorm arrives), or do you have allergies which cause you to have sinus problems?

Using the neti pot can be quite helpful for any of these sinus problems but you must do it (with a warm saline solution) two times per day, every day.

If you can tell me more about your problem, I’ll share whatever knowledge I’ve gained from 20 years of sinus issues.

Kiran

Thanks to Kiran ji and All,

As I told that I got headach and fainted on plane, had got MRI and sinus was there. Did use Neti pot, still I have minor headaches in pieces in my head.

Rajeev

Do the doctors that ordered your MRI have any advice? (or antibiotics?) A soft tissue difference that makes you faint probably needs the skills of the person with the most context, which should be your MD – and probably needs time to heal, once you get whatever is creating the difference under control.

Dear Teche,
I did take antibiotics but no help

So, just to make sure (because I’m a big sister) – did you take all of them, for as long as your doctor prescribed them? And, if so, does your doctor know they didn’t help?
And, because I’m curious, when was this incident on the plane?

Man, this info is a life saver! I have sinus problems as well

I think you should not practice shoulder or head stand for it can aggravate the problem. Please do good amount of aloma viloma pranayama.
