I have taken classes and I have had private lessons, but I really enjoy doing Yoga at my own pace while listening to classical music.

I have only done yoga at home so far… doing the P90X program.

I am about to start Hot Yoga at home (unfortunately I haven’t found a women-only hot yoga class here–I am Muslim and am not about to be fully covered to do it in a mixed-gender class–I would pass out! LOL)

I go to class. There is something about being at my lovely studio and doing yoga with other people that just isn’t the same as doing it at home. Plus I am still rather new to yoga so I feel it’s beneficial for me to have a teacher.

I used to go to a class. For the last 10 months I’ve been practicing at home solo. Hope to get back to a class soon. I miss being around others.
