Continuous problem of shifting of solar plexus

I have continuous problem of shifting of solar plexus (nabhi talna)? Can anyone pleeease explain reasons,symptoms and cure for this problem? :confused:

My friend you’d have to be MUCH more revealing with who you are and what you’ve got in order to get a sound reply.

I understand this is your first post AND that you’ve got an issue. But honestly…we haven’t any idea if you are old or young, tall or short, vegan or carnivore… and I could go on. If you want relationship from us then it is logical to offer relationship to us.

If you decide you’d like to move in that direction please also outline your health conditions (beyond this one) AND fully illustrate the issue you are inquiring about.

hi innerathlet! my aunt has the problem of shifting of solar plexus from many years,she is 48 years old,she has high blood pressure too,she is carnivor n short, she can’t eat properlly becase of constipetion now she is very weak. plz help her.
