Hello. I'm just starting out. Figure I'd try to get as much information as possible. I just recently got hurt at work, and was recommended to try yoga to help get my body reacquainted with extended motion. Looked around for a bit, and found this blog. Hi after some time of doing yoga I have tried many things Below I have listed two links one of them is some free info and tips on yoga to help improve your practices and the other one is a course I took that is amazing and cheap since it is on promotion right now and it will fix your body like magic let me know how my response was and reply if you need more info!!
