The benefits of cyclic meditation are numerous. The technique is simple, and can be done anywhere with practice.

Cyclic meditation is the ability to bring your mind into a state of relaxation and focus on any given object; while maintaining your awareness of your surrounding environment.

The key is to relax, and just watch. Resisting thoughts that pop into your head will only create more tension. They will go away on their own if you don't give them any attention.
