Deep relaxation

Dear Mukunda,

At the last training there was a discussion about deep relaxation. You mentioned that it would be good to touch someone’s ankles first in case they fell asleep and if that did not wake them, then maybe rock their head very slightly from side to side. There was something else that you mentioned to suggest to people so that they would not fall asleep during savasana. At the time it made total sense and I thought I would remember it, I don’t. I also thought I wrote it down but cannot find anything in my notes. Could you please refresh my memory. I have a couple of people who fall asleep the moment they lie down.

A - Simply doing yoni mudra or any other hands on torso technique prevents sleep and maintains mindfulness.
