From all of the discussions over all of the years…I think it’s a matter of DEGREES of authenticity!
wft?

asana:
(if)
head in water with legs in air
Union Of The Jeevatma With The Paramatma
(that?s)
AUTHENTIC YOGA

the union is something else that words cant define. It has to be realized. Kundalini is the only source and the only way & there are many yogas that kundalini can be activated and realize the authenticity of the universe in the breath. The vibration of kundalini changes the perception of life in light and life in darkness, its The ultimate beauty of perception of union, YOGA. Love becomes universal every-where…

The Yoga that Indians of all castes and creeds practice and not the wish-washy ones popping up over the Western world like Hot Yoga.

Which would be what?
Which would be what?
I dunno, check out a reputable Yoga center in India and see for yourself.

I’m not the kind of person who can go into the specifics.

OK, ok, ok. Calm down boys.

This thread was opened to discuss the pleasures and perils of Desi family life vis a vis yoga, or heck, just charting one’s own path in life.

Don’t derail it into a discussion about what’s real or fake yoga.

And by the way, Hot Yoga was invented not be a Westerner but by Bikram Chaudhari.

A Bong!

Ami tomar bhalobhashi.

Doesn’t matter. I don’t care whether an Indian or an Inuit invents some Westernized Yoga practice; the fact remains that such forms are heavily diluted and are not authentic.

And the reason people are rambling is because this is an obvious troll thread.
