I have been reading a bit of Ayurveda of late and I find it rather interesting. I have discovered that I am big time Kapha and all I have been reading about Kapha pretty much describes me to a T, sadly this same reading tells me I am a Kapha that is way out of balance. If it were possible to divide the 3 Dosha (vata, pitta and kapha) up in a pie chart I am about 70% Kapha, or at least that is what it appears to be from what I am reading
Does anyone have any good resources for a diet for a Kapha? And what is meant by astringent and pungent foods?
