Diet question

Mukunda,

I was on the arthritis diet for 3 and a half days with remarkable results. However, I kept getting the “shakes” from hypoglycemia even though I was eating one or two boiled eggs per meal. I felt shakey as I was going off to teach a class, and felt I had to eat more protein, so I ate some cheese. I was ok for 5 hrs. after that point, but had blown the diet.
I want to go on the diet again because I had so many mental revelations and was free from body pain. How do I do this? Should I eat some cheese or is dairy a bad thing?
Thanks for your help

Eat as much protein as you need to avoid hypoglycemia reasponse. Ideal is to choose only one source or maximum of 2 if possible. Sounds great. Just be sensible and continue when you are ready.
