I had difficulty lowering my knees to the floor on Baddha Konasana pose.
Any suggestions or tool which can help me to do Baddha Konasana properly?
This limitation is because of reduced range of motion of hip joints.
Initially keep feet away from pelvis and rotate feet to take knees more down. You need to keep moving knees up down frequently to improve. You can also keep little weight on both the thighs.
