in approaching this there are both things TO do and things NOT to do.
If you are pursuing a yogic approach to wellness as it relates to the shoulder integrity there are three elements: the poses and breath work, lifestyle and nutrition, and emotional work through meditation.
This approach is best pursued in relationship with a highly trained, therapeutically oriented yoga teacher in private sessions (in order to develop a practice protocol specifically for you). You can, from the same sort of teacher, get some things in a group or class setting.
I would be especially cautious (to say the least) with those poses requiring weight-bearing on the arms - until you’ve got the proper actions for safety, the alignment, and the strength to go further.
